Hi there,
16813 can be considered a decent rank in SRMJEE when compared to the number of applicants.
Now coming to you priority, yes you can definitely get EEE or ECE seat at Chennai campus.
For EEE last year closing rank was 40,000 and for ECE it was 27,000.
SOo, you definitely have your chance there.
In fact, according to previous year cutoffs, you can pursue any branch in any campus except for CSE at Chennai campus.
