I got 16k rank in Amrita and as I'm from Tamilnadu I'll get state quota too for Amrita Coimbatore,so will i get mechanical in Amrita?

Yes with a rank of 16k and by having the state quota in AEEE you can easily get even the computer science branch in the college.As the other branches have less competition and by looking at the closing ranks for mechanical engineering branch at the campus,you can get an admission into the Coimbatore campus.Thank You
