i got 17 marks in gate 2019. i belong to sc category .can i get any iit or nit?

Divya based upon your obtained marks in the Gate entrance exam it will be difficult for you to take the admission in any of the premises of the IIT or NIT since you are an reserved category as well then also it will not easy for you to take the admission in these institutions with having this much range of score.
