You didn't mention your category here. I am assuming UR for answering perspectives.
It is quite difficult to get admissions in Government colleges for any course.
keeping in mind the previous year trends for the variation in marks and seats since they depend on many factors.
You can try for Private Medical Colleges from your home state for BAMS.
I would recommend you to take a year off and prepare again with good strategy and enthusiasm.

Qualifying cut off 2020:
UR/EWS: 720-147
OBC: 146-113
SC: 146-113
ST: 146-113
UR/EWS-PWD: 146-129
Cut off is very high this year, with this score it is very difficult to get in any medicine course even in private college.
However if you have decided to go for medicine only the option is to reappear for NEET next year and score good.
