According to general merit cutoffs of COMEDK in year 2018, with a rank of 17000, you can get Electronics and Communications engineering at K.L.E. Technological University, B.N.M. Institute of Technology, C.M.R. Institute of Technology. Similarly, you can get a seat at many other colleges too. But please note that this prediction is completely based on 2018 cutoffs.
