I got 1706 rank in kcet 2k19 can I get a cse seat in MS ramaiah in third list at least ?

Hey there,
With this much score in kcet your chances of getting the CSE branch at ms Ramaiah college is very low. I will suggest you to apply for other branches there. You may get the branches like mechanical or civil there.
You should also apply for other colleges of you want a seat in CSE branch.
