i got 171 in met 2021 out of 240 will i get scholarship

Probably,yes you will have to score 160 + to get a good admission and your AIR rank should be nearly 1000k around
Scholarship is given to the students based on performance in exam 12th board with maths, physics, chemistry 50% together in physics or mathematics any one of optional subjects.
They usually gives scholarship to first few ranked students
Since they are 20,000 seats available from all campus you will easily gets the scholarship.hence met have 444 course across 16 streams available.
