I am sorry to say but with this score it is next to impossible for you to get a seat in a govt. Medical college under general category. You can, however, sit in the counseling and hope for the best

According to your marks, chances are less for admission to Government medical/ dental colleges under 15% All India Quota and also to government medical/ dental colleges under state quota.
You may have chances for admission to private colleges.
