First of all through jee main you cant  get admission into iit. Now talking about nits and gftis there are very less chances of getting nits with such rank. But there are some  low ranked nits where you can get a seat but the branches will be like biotech and other not so good branches so I will not advise that.

Either you go for state joint entrance examination or go for good private college.

According to AIR rank you can get NITs, IIITs, GFTIs but you will not get the expected branches like Mechanical,Electrical, ECE,CSE,CE. If you are in any category than you can get IT and other branches. Every year there is different cut offs, which Institute is taking upto which rank it is not possible to predict. Fill up your choice filling in JOSAA and CSAB and wait for the counseling.
