I got 17.3 in Physics IIT JAM 2019 ( I belong to open category) so can get admission in any IIT

Lol...forget about IIT's with such marks ,I'm not even sure that you will even qualify the exam ...(previous year qualifying cut off -17.05)(while the lowest A.I. rank they took was 550 ish for general)..
With bare qualifying marks I don't think you can even get admissions to nit(s) even ...
If you were non general ,then there might have been some chances ... anyways good luck and try harder!
