i got 17393 in ap eamcet as non local and oc .what colleges can i get for branches cse,ece and it?

As per your question, you have a good rank and as per your open category you may get good colleges for CSE or ECE.You may get colleges like :-
1) Kakatiya Institute of Technology and Science
2) Mahatma Gandhi University College of Engineering
3) JB Institute of Technology and Engineering
4) Malla Reddy Engineering College
5) Sri Indu College of Engineering and Technology

as per the rank mentioned by you may have chances to secure a seat in the below mentioned colleges :
Vignans Institute of Technology & Science IT, ECE, CSE
DHANEKULA INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, Ganguru, Penamaluru, Krishna Dt.
The eligibility same for Locals and Non Locals but the difference comes only when you reach the stage of seat allotment there you will not get the local reservation which is of 85% and Non Locals 15% as per Article 371-D.
