Hello dear student,  although you have qualified NEET but I am sorry to tell you that you won't be able to get any seat in government college and in deemed medical colleges . While deemed medical college means an institution that attains the status of University by UGC in an area of medicine sciences specialisation on recommendation of MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA (MCI) to award degrees and diplomas in medicines. So you might can try for the private college for management quota seats . Wish you luck I hope this was helpful
