With a score of 175 marks in NEET UG 2019 and assuming you belong to general category, I would say that you have no chance to get a government medical College in Madhya Pradesh neither via state quota nor via AIQ. The cut off was 493 for the previous year. You have the option to go for private medical or Dental College or you can go for other courses like bams bums bhms etc
