i got 17500 rank in GATE 2020 in civil engineering from OBC male. will i get seat in OU or JNTUH in desired stream

It's very difficult to predict that which college you get for Civil engineering. Because yoi know cutoff marks will differ in every year basis of college to college, students merit and top score.
And due to research for OBC candidate your rank is higher than admission rank in both colleges in previous year. So it's difficult to said anything. But you can apply also.
