I got 1768 rank in cee.. Will it possible to get government collage? ?

You can get admission in some of the govt college under Assam CEE.
But definitely you won't be able to make it to top engineering college (like AEC).
But definitely you can get seat in other govt. College in Assam.
So, participate in the counseling process.
