i got 1780 gen and 700 obc rank in bhu bsc can i get admission in regular or paid seat?

BHU is a top tier University and the cutoff is very high. You have close to 0 chances in regular courses but you may probably stand a chance in paid seats.
Even with your category rank you may not stand a chance. But don't lose patience continue with their counselling procedure.
