You would be getting CSE in the Amritapuri,Bengaluru and Chennai campuses on the basis of your rankwith the other state quota.

The Amritapuri campus has the best faculties and have dedicated clubs to cater to the student demands.In fact the Amritapuri campus hosts the ACM-ICPC regionals here and Amrita teams regularly participate.

Bangalore has the location advantage, that is, it is close to a lot of IT companies and would be useful in the long run.
