With this score getting admission in any college be it government or private is difficult. You have negligible chance of getting a seat for any branch in government college. With such a low score in general category it's difficult to get admission. But you can try in private colleges. Or you can also try for the management quota. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
