As you have secured 100000 rank in JEE mains from general category and 17000 ews rank in JEE mains then sorry you cannot get any seat in any NIT or any iiit or gfti.
Because nowadays the competitions are very much increased and you have to at least secure under 30000 rank from general open category to get a seat in NIT and at least under 8000 ews rank to get a seat in NIT or iiits.
But if you belong from home state then via your home state quota you can get nit goa, nit sikkim, nit manipur, nit Meghalaya, etc. along with some other lower nits.
You can try your luck at josaa counseling but you will not get any seat till last rounds. Also you can get participating in csab, as in csab counseling chances of getting nits or iiits or gftis are increased much.
Or you can go for some other private institutions.
