I got 17k ranking in kcet and i belongs to obc category can i get bsc agri seat

Congratulations for getting good rank in KCET. According to your rank sorry to say but you have less chances to get decent government agriculture colleges in Karnataka. But as cut offs may vary year to year so that you should try for good.
Also I would like to suggest you to go through the below link in which last years cut offs are given which will be definitely useful for you and I also suggest you to plan very well for such conditions in which if you will not get admission into any good agriculture college.
