i got 1811 rank in bsc nursing entrance exam held in 2020, ipu university would i got government college or not?

see there is various seat quota available like delhi region general, out side delhi region, all india category and cast category wise cutoff. however you did not mention in which category you belongs to, however you may follow the below link to learn about seat status of first counselling of IPu cet bsc nursing 2019:
