Your rank of 18,174 is good enough to secure admission in government colleges through the KEAM 2019.
Based off of past cutoffs, you should be able to qualify for most streams of engineering, unfortunately architecture will be out of reach with your current rank.
Last years cut-offs show you might be able to sneak into the College of Engineering - Adoor in their third round of counselling. If their cut off rises, you should be able to secure a seat in the Christ College of Engineering - Thrissur.
