You have not mentioned your category and hence it is difficult because cutoff scores are different for each of the categories. But as per query I must say yes you can get admission through ews quota from any category. For that you have to choose ews category in your application. If you have done that then you can get admission in MBBS but most importantly you have to qualify the cutoff for your category.
