I got 186639 CRL and 58399 OBC-NCL rank in JEE Main exam. Do I have a chance to get seat in Nits and iiits via CSAB special round?

JEE Main 2019 cutoff has been published separately for each category. The cutoff of JEE Main 2019 is the minimum score a candidate needs to be eligible to appear in JEE Advanced. This is not the same JEE Main cutoff that will be published by JoSAA for admissions. JEE Main cutoff 2019 published by JoSAA will be specific to each branch and category in the participating NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. This cutoff of JEE Main 2019 lists the minimum ranks branch wise and category wise for admission to these institutes.

Dear Aspirant,

Chances are very low however if you can make it to your home state NITs. There too, the branch may not be of your interest. You have to settle with branches like Metallurgy, production, etc. Moreover, till CSAB, the number of seats in NITs reduced drastically and only lower branches are there mostly.

Even though you could look for NIT Uttarakhand, Imphal, Puducherry, etc.

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get a seat in any of the top NITs. Even if you are able to get a seat in some NIT then also you will not get a good branch. Although you can try in the newer NITs and IIITs and those in the north-east as there you might have a better chance of getting a seat.
