I have checked my rank it is 13000 and I have no scope for the universities in the site given by you.

Don't worry. Remember 2 points
1. This list has only few top NITs and not other colleges. So, you can get a seat in other government colleges also.
2. This is only an expected rank. Your actual rank can be a lot better and you may get a seat in top NITs.
