Hello Rabina,
NEET 2019 was conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for admissions of students to various medical colleges under different programs such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS. etc.
The cutoff for NEET2019 general category was announced to be 50th percentile of total marks i. e., 701-134 which means you have qualified the exam even if you belong to other categories.
With these marks you may not get a government seat in MBBS but yes may get into some other course.

Good Luck
Hi aspirant,
Honestly, your score is not good at all. So getting into a medical college for MBBS is very difficult. You can try for colleges via management quota, take admission in some other course or drop, try next year and aim for a score of 550+.
All the best!
