I got 188 marks, and I belong to SC category, I'm from UP, is there any chance of getting a private or semi gov college, please guide me.

As u say u got 188 marks nd u r from SC category so according to scenario sorry to say bt there is no chance to get even semi govt college bt yes u can expect private college.
