Based on the previous year records it seems quite difficult for a candidate with above 18000 rank to get a free seat.

But as you said that you are under BCB category, there might be a little chance .

You can also try for college level counselling. If your marks in high school & 12th are high then you might get a seat through College Counselling.

For admission through College Counselling, you must check out the colleges who have the process of college level counselling that may be govt colleges or some private college as well which offer scholarship to meritorious students.
