Admission to bams is based on NEET score and the cutoff is based on several factors like the hardness of paper,number of students who appeared etc.Since your marks are a bit less there is a very less chance in admission to government college.Generally government college cut off stays in the range of 420-450+ and this statistics is from general category.
So there is less chance of getting government college but you may get a private college with your score.
