The Telangana State Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAMCET) is a state-level test that is required for admission to engineering and medical programmes in Telangana. Eligibility for the EAMCET Exam is a 10+2 diploma with 45 percent aggregate marks in Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Biology as mandatory subjects and optional subjects, respectively.
The weighting of 12th standard marks (IPE) omitting languages and EAMCET marks in the TS EAMCET used to be 25% for 12th standard marks (IPE) and 75% for EAMCET marks. However, according to recent EAMCET Exam news, the IPE Mark will not be factored into the EAMCET Rank.
