Yes,there are various colleges in India which offer MBBS degree irrespective of the rank you secured in NEET 2019.But private colleges charges you too much of money.So,if you can afford to oay a huge amount of money to the private colleges,then you can obviously get a degree in MBBS.Wish you all the luck for future.

See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low for u to bag a seat in the govt college or even private Institution to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the MBBS courses. U should be going for management quota for ur MBBS career. I m providing u a link for ur help.
