JEE Advanced score can be used to take admission to many colleges other than IIT which are these -

2)IISER

3)IIST Thiruvananthapuram

4)RGIPT

5)IIPE

From these colleges , you have good chances to get IIST , IIPE , RGIPT , which are all national level institutes . They are excellent in their respective branch . Therefore you can apply for them , as early as possible .

Hii vaibhav , coming to your question first of all congratulations for clearing jer advance now coming to your question as you have not mentioned your category so talking about a general category it seems difficult to get into good college with good branch in any of the iit if you belong to different category then pls let us know we will clear your doubts .

You got around 19000 rank but you are not mentioned your category it is very difficult to analysis accurately because the cutoff and admission possibility is dependent on many factors.

According to previous year cutoff very less chance to get seats in IIT becouse in iit only have around 12000+ seats so I think your Rank is very high. You can try for others colleges .
