191 is a very low score. The last year's cut off marks for SC category under AIQ counselling was 450 and above. The cut off marks for SC category under state quota counselling was 350-400 and above in most of the states. The cut off is different for each state depending upon the number of applicants, number of seats available, etc. The cut off score changes every year but not in a very wide range. Therefore, chances of admission with a score of 191 is very difficult.
