Observing your score that is around 291-300, it is hard to say if you could get MBBS seat in Government College. But you can surely opt for MBBS seat in Private Colleges by passing their entrance exam.

The maximum category rank of ST category which has the highest rank person getting a medical seat is around 1.5 lakh.So according to the previous year's cut off you have no chance of getting into government medical this year. You may get into private medical college but chances would be less.
