There are extremely no chances for you to get a seat in neither of the government colleges. Then let me remind you that All India counselling was over way back so there are chances only for state quota. Even then you cannot get a government medical seat. If you are desperate about it then take NEET again. This year's competition is extremely high. Let me remind you that the one who got 720/720 was taking NEET for the second time.

If we consider previous year cut off then you have less chance to get govt.
