Pursuing a course always depends upon the candidate,his interest and will to study the particular couse,apart from marks,grades,etc.Now MBA and MCA are totally 2 different streams of postgraduation.
MBA deals with Management.Now there are specializations like human resource,finance,marketing,sales management,event management,banking and insurance,risk management to name a few.Like the specializations it has a lot of scope in the management field to grab the best job offers.
MCA deals with Masters in Computer Applications.It is a course based upon computer applications.Many candidates interested in this field opt for either B.Sc in Computer Science or BCA.There are specializations here also like application software,hardware technology,internet networking,etc.It also has a great scope and also high profile jobs.
MBA is a 2 year course while MCA is a 3 year course.
