I got 19483 rank in kerala med.rank list . can i got a merit seat in govt med collage in kerala?also im belongs to oec catagory

Dear, getting a seat in government college is very difficult and you can't expect a seat in government college with this rank, and that too in medical. Your oec category will give you only little advantage. Best of luck.
