i got 196 rank in obc in reap and general rank 701 can i get cs branch in any government college

Yes you have chances of getting Computer Science in government colleges like:
1. Government Engineering College, Bikaner
2. College of Technology and Engineering, Udaipur
3. College of Engineering and Technology, Bikaner
4. Government Engineering College, Jhalawar
Although it is unlikely for you to get computer science at MBM Jodhpur as its cutoff is generally higher. But you can put it in the top of your preference list.
