I got 19,600 rank in veterinary(KCET) without practical, belongs to OBC and Hyderabad Karnataka region,Can I get Veterinary government seat?

i am very sorry to say as you would be aware that in karnataka in the Veternary colleges as low but let me tell its not at all possible to get the veterinary college as the pratical is not there during the councelling they would ask for it, even though you have the reservatoin you would not get with such rank
