Yes, with a rank of 19,000 you are eligible for securing a seat in a college for B.sc Agriculture through the TS EAMCET if you belong to a particular area and your family is a farmer family. According to previous trends, you must belong to the A.U. Area and have a farmer family to be able to secure a seat with a rank of 19,000.
In any other scenario, it seems unlikely for you to be able to secure B.sc Agriculture in any college through the TS EAMCET.
