Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a good mbbs govt. College. So, with 200 marks there is no chance for govt. Mbbs. Although, you can try for bams and bhms in 3rd counselling probably. You can also use college predictor through this link:
