It can only be determined by knowing every student's marks who had applied for the exam. If there are 100 students appearing for an exam then the number of students you have outperformed is your percentile. So only the Exam Conducting body can provide you with the actual percentile of yours.
As far as I can tell you your percentile can lie around 75%. This is just an idea of your percentile.
