Hi Mansi, i answered to your question earlier with an uncertainity about the records. Now I have found the official record of the last round of counselling in BSc(H) Nursing in IPU. And according to it, it is difficult for you to make a cut even if you would have had a defence quota. Here's the link you can see yourself.

Have a Look.
Hello Mansi Paliwal, with 2000 rank in IPU-CET, you can easily get admission in the colleges of IPU. As IPU-CET is the exam for the entrance in IP university which is a Government university. So every college of IPU is a Governmen college as you will get your degree from IP university.
Hi Mansi,
There are 4 colleges affiliated under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University that offer BSc Honors Course in Nursing having around 60 seats each. There are 2 rounds of counselling followed by an Open House counselling in which seats with any type of quota are brought in, to give aspirants seats on the basis of their rank. The mode of counselling for BSc(H)) is offline as result of wich no records as such is available online. Last year in 2nd Round i.e. last round General candidates with rank <500 and >500 were called at different time slots, obviously the former first and following the latter one. If in case any seats were left, would have been available for aspirants according to their rank. Your rank doesn't help the uncertainity. You may or may not get a seat. Still these are the colleges :
1.College of Nursing, VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi ( Government )
2.College of Nursing, Dr. RML Hospital, New Delhi ( Government )
3.St. Stephen’s Hospital, College of Nursing, Tis Hazari, Delhi ( Self-Financing )
4.Laxmi Bai Batra College of Nursing, New Delhi ( Self-Financing )
Good Luck !!
