i got 20000 rank in apicet i will get seat in andhra university or not

You will definitely get seat but not in top institute at such low rank generally rank below 10000 is not good for apicet you may get Prasad V Potluri Siddhartha Institute of Technology,Madanapalle Institute of Technology and Science,Pydah College of Engineering and Technology etc.
