As per the rank you have given here you can go for Dr.BR Ambedkar Institute of technology,Bangalore for Civil or EE branch. Your rank is bit high so getting a college will be a bit difficult task. Better go for the above mentioned college you have high chances to get an admisison. If you have any other choice then go for it and check the cutoff before applying. give a security option too for emergency case.
