I got 20130 rank in VITEEE , Can I get into vit Vellore for the computer science stream?via merit?and how good is vit Vellore ?is it worth ?

As per previous year cutoffs the closing rank for CSE :
- VIT Velllore is 13500
- VIT Chennai is 14000
