Hello aspirant.
All candidates who have qualified NEET- meaning who have scored above the cut off range are eligible to participate in the mop up round. The cut off for this year is 138 marks. So, yes, you are eligible for mop up round. It is conducted to fill up the seats which were resigned or left vacant. The only condition is that you should not have already claimed a seat in any other college and you must not be holding a seat in round 1 or round 2 of counselling.
To apply for mop up round, you need to visit the mcc's official site and view the seat matrix and the number of seats left. Register yourself on the site by filling in all the required details such as name, application number, NEET score and category. After this, pay the registration fees and select the names of colleges you want to get admission in and lock your choices, then submit.
The fees of colleges you select will remain the same, even if you participate in the mop up round. You can view the fee structure of colleges by clicking on the college name on the MCC site, under "participating institutions".
Yes, you can apply in mop up rounds of other states too. The condition is that you must have registered on their official site beforehand.
All the best!
