I got 2023 rank with 28 marks in iitjam maths 2019. Is there is any possibility of getting addmission in MSc econimics? And which NIT i got?

It would be difficult to tell you the exactly about the admission chances as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as difficulty level of the exam, Number of candidates appeared for the exam, Performance of the candidates etc.
However you can check the previous year cutoff to take an Idea about the admission possibilities.
