Sorry u can't get any iits

You can join preparatory course if you are willing to do but even then it's difficult as the competition is cutthroat

Many students take this.

The JEE advanced cutoffs are very high .

Based on previous year statistics the sc cutoff was close 1200 rank category in JEE advanced

My sc prep rank is 925. Can i get IIT preparatory courses in any IIT's?

Can't guarantee it .As many students don't take preparatory course.You have mild chance but you can try for lower branches of new iits
