i got 207 marks in bhu uet for bsc (hons) maths. my general rank is 611 and ews rank is 113. Can i get into main campus and hostel?

As per the previous year cutoff trends, the cutoff rank for a General category candidate was 1319 and the cutoff score was 173 in 2018 for the Maths group. It seems as if you have a very good chance of getting a seat as cutoffs over the years differ only slightly. For getting into the hostel, you should take care to get admitted within the first few lists as there are limited seats and a great competition.
